Example: 1,000 uncached input tokens and 1,000 output tokens use 60,000 Credits, before optional tools.
Above 272K input tokens, the full request uses twice the input and cache rates and 1.5 times the output rate. Usage comes from the provider response; fractional Credits are rounded up once per request. Optional tools are charged separately.
