Phase 1 / Curated Research Network

A verified research pipeline built around real funding mandates.

OSN finds focused scientific projects, standardizes the evidence, organizes independent review, and introduces the strongest fit to funders and strategic partners.

Mandate firstStart with what funders are actively seeking.
Independent reviewScientific and translational assessment before matching.
Controlled evidencePublic teaser, verified view, and private data room.
Tracked outcomesFeedback, introductions, support, and milestones.

Operating model

From funder need to a supportable scientific project.

OSN is not an open project directory. Projects enter a curated pipeline only after scope, authorization, evidence, and review readiness are established.

01

Capture the mandate

Document scientific interests, stage, funding mechanism, ticket size, restrictions, and decision process.

02

Build the passport

Turn PI materials into one comparable project record with milestones, budget, risks, IP context, and evidence.

03

Review independently

Assign scientific and translational experts, record conflicts, and produce a structured review report.

04

Match and learn

Make targeted introductions, capture decisions and rejection reasons, then follow support and milestone outcomes.

Long-term architecture

Three stages, kept legally and operationally distinct.

Clear boundary

Phase 1 verifies and matches research. It does not sell securities or hold project funding.

Research support should flow directly between the funder and the university or project institution. A Phase 2 participation record would remain non-transferable and would never automatically convert into a Phase 3 security token.
