Phase 1: From Work to Verified Progress
1. Record privatelyResearchers keep protocols, files, logs, datasets, inventory use, and meetings in OSN LabBook.
2. Register a projectProject owners define the scientific question, risks, milestones, and expected evidence.
3. Share deliberatelyControlled evidence packets expose what reviewers need without opening the full private notebook.
4. ReviewVerified experts evaluate methods, feasibility, conflicts, controls, and evidence quality.
5. Build readinessAccepted progress creates an auditable research history that may support later partner diligence.
System Roles
Researchers
Submit projects, attach LabBook evidence, answer reviewer questions, and deliver milestones.
Reviewers
Inspect evidence packets, request clarifications, build reputation, and earn reward credits for useful work.
Observers and future participants
Follow public project progress now without receiving an investment instrument or token entitlement.
Network policy
Maintains reviewer rules, evidence standards, disputes, privacy boundaries, and product-stage controls.
Legal product boundary
No automatic conversion.
Phase 2 funding uses registered intermediaries rather than OSN-controlled accounts. Its participation record is non-transferable and never automatically becomes a Phase 3 Project Security Token.
Evidence and Privacy
Raw data stays controlled
Private files, unpublished notes, and sensitive records remain in LabBook or controlled data rooms.
Public records stay useful
Project pages show summaries, milestone decisions, reviewer notes, and hashes without exposing private research.
Future instruments are separate
No LabBook record, wallet link, reviewer credit, or participation record creates a security-token entitlement.
