Proposal rights
Early OSN proposals can be raised by verified roles such as reviewers or owners. Later, wallets with enough OSN governance tokens can also raise proposals.
Evidence policy
Milestone decisions should reference Labbook evidence bundles and public hashes. Private experiment records remain in Labbook or controlled data rooms.
Executable governance
When a proposal can execute a smart contract call, the UI must show the target contract, function, parameters, and calldata hash before voting.
Conflict handling
Reviewers should disclose conflicts of interest. Disputes can be escalated through OSN governance when milestone or funding decisions are contested.
